Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions for new hires and existing employees, ensuring clear understanding of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices.

Analyze training needs and identify skill gaps within operational teams through performance data and feedback.

Apply design thinking principles to create user-centric learning experiences that cater to diverse learning styles.
