Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Procurement Analyst with 1-2 years of experience and an M.Com degree to join our dynamic procurement team in Indore. This role will support the strategic sourcing and procurement activities within our food processing division, ensuring cost-effectiveness and supply chain efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the analysis of procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities and market trends.
- Support the negotiation process with suppliers and manage vendor relationships.
- Prepare and review purchase orders, contracts, and other procurement documents.
- Monitor supplier performance against agreed-upon metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct market research to identify potential new suppliers and assess supply chain risks.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of procurement strategies.
