Hiring: Product Manager - Loans | Mumbai | 1-3 Yrs

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Product Manager with a B.Des degree and 1-3 years of experience to join our team in Mumbai. This role will focus on developing and managing innovative loan products tailored for our agricultural stakeholders, including farmers and distributors, within the fertilizer and agrochemical sectors. You will leverage your design thinking and analytical skills to understand market needs, define product strategies, and drive product development from concept to launch.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and customer needs analysis to identify opportunities for new loan products and features.
- Translate user insights and business requirements into detailed product specifications and user stories.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, sales, and legal, to ensure successful product development and launch.
- Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces and workflows for loan application, disbursement, and repayment processes.
- Develop product roadmaps and prioritize features based on business value and user impact.
- Monitor product performance, gather feedback, and iterate on existing products to improve user experience and achieve business objectives.
- Create compelling product documentation, including user guides and marketing collateral.
- Analyze financial data and market trends related to lending in the agricultural sector.
