We are seeking a motivated Production Engineer with an M.Sc. degree and 2-4 years of experience to join our team in Bhubaneshwar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing oil and gas production operations, ensuring efficiency, and maintaining safety standards. This role involves hands-on problem-solving and contributing to the overall success of our upstream operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Implement and oversee production strategies to maximize hydrocarbon recovery.
- Troubleshoot production issues, including artificial lift systems and well completions.
- Collaborate with geologists and reservoir engineers to optimize well performance.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and environmental regulations.
- Prepare technical reports and present findings to management.
- Participate in the design and implementation of new production facilities and equipment.
