- Assist in the design and implementation of employee wellness programs and initiatives.
- Conduct assessments and provide feedback on employee psychological profiles to support talent management and development.
- Collaborate with HR and management to address workplace issues, improve team dynamics, and enhance overall organizational culture.
- Stay updated with the latest research and best practices in psychology and organizational behavior.
- Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards in all interactions and record-keeping.
