Key Responsibilities:

• - Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in restaurant services.
• - Develop and implement quality control procedures and best practices.
• - Collaborate with restaurant partners to address quality concerns and implement corrective actions.
• - Assist in training and onboarding new restaurant partners on quality standards.
• - Maintain detailed records of quality assessments and improvement initiatives.
