Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and organized Reporting / Corresponding professional with 2-4 years of experience to join our team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating accurate reports, managing correspondence, and supporting various departments with essential documentation. This role requires a strong understanding of business processes and excellent communication skills. A Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and submit regular reports on operational activities, financial performance, and market trends as required.
- Manage all incoming and outgoing official correspondence, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Maintain accurate records of all reports and correspondence for future reference and audit purposes.
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to gather information for reports and ensure smooth communication.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations, meeting minutes, and other official documents.
- Track and follow up on pending issues and action items arising from correspondence and reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all reporting and correspondence activities.
- Support the management team with ad-hoc reporting and administrative tasks.
