We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Risk & Compliance Consultant with a BCA background to join our growing team in Delhi. This role is ideal for an early-career professional looking to build expertise in the financial services industry, specifically within the NBFC sector. Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the development and implementation of risk management frameworks and compliance policies.

Monitor regulatory changes and ensure the company's operations remain compliant with all applicable laws and guidelines (e.g., RBI regulations).
Prepare reports on risk and compliance activities for management review.
Support in the investigation of compliance breaches or suspicious activities.
Collaborate with various departments to promote a culture of compliance and risk awareness.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records related to compliance and risk management.
