Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated Risk & Compliance Consultant with 3-4 years of experience and an M.Sc degree to join our growing team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks, as well as ensuring adherence to all relevant regulations and internal policies within the fitness and wellness sector. This role requires a keen analytical mind and a strong understanding of compliance frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for operational, financial, and compliance risks.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards (e.g., data privacy, consumer protection).
- Develop and implement compliance policies, procedures, and training programs.
- Investigate compliance breaches and recommend corrective actions.
- Prepare compliance reports for senior management and regulatory bodies.
- Stay updated on emerging risks and regulatory changes affecting the fitness and wellness industry.
