Role Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Risk & Compliance Consultant with 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Nagpur. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements within the BFSI sector. You will be instrumental in assessing risks, developing mitigation strategies, and ensuring adherence to all relevant policies and procedures. This role requires a B.Com degree and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct risk assessments and identify potential compliance gaps in financial processes and systems.
- Develop and implement robust compliance policies and procedures in line with regulatory requirements (e.g., RBI, SEBI).
- Monitor and test internal controls to ensure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Assist in the preparation of regulatory filings and reports.
- Stay updated with evolving regulatory landscapes and best practices in risk management and compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address compliance issues and implement corrective actions.
- Provide guidance and training to business units on risk management and compliance matters.
- Support internal and external audits related to risk and compliance.
