We are seeking a motivated and analytical individual to join our team as a Risk Manager, specializing in the building materials industry. This entry-level position is ideal for recent B.Tech/B.E. graduates looking to kickstart their career in risk management within a dynamic corporate environment. You will support the identification, assessment, and mitigation of various risks faced by the company, contributing to strategic decision-making and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the identification and documentation of potential risks across different business functions, including operational, financial, compliance, and strategic risks.
Support the analysis of risk data to understand the likelihood and impact of identified risks.
Contribute to the development and implementation of risk mitigation strategies and action plans.
Help in monitoring the effectiveness of existing risk controls and reporting on their performance.
Assist in preparing risk reports and presentations for management and relevant stakeholders.
Conduct research on industry best practices and emerging risks relevant to the building materials sector.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and ensure risk management principles are embedded in daily operations.
