We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Service Delivery Associate to join our dynamic team in Ludhiana. This role is ideal for a recent B.Com graduate with 1-3 years of experience who is looking to build a career in the IT services sector, specifically within hardware and networking support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a primary point of contact for IT-related service requests and incidents from end-users.
- Log, track, and manage all service requests and incidents using ticketing systems.
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware and networking issues, escalating complex problems to senior technicians.
- Ensure timely resolution of IT issues, meeting defined service level agreements (SLAs).
- Assist in the maintenance and inventory management of IT hardware and software assets.
- Prepare and maintain documentation for IT procedures and troubleshooting guides.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless IT service delivery.
- Participate in user training sessions on basic IT functions and new system implementations.
