Role Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Site Supervisor with a B.Des degree and 1-2 years of experience to oversee the setup and maintenance of our retail presence in Ahmedabad. This role is crucial for ensuring our brand's aesthetic and functional standards are met at our physical locations, contributing to a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the day-to-day operations of the assigned site, ensuring adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams for timely execution of site setup, renovations, and maintenance work.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify any structural, aesthetic, or safety issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure all visual merchandising guidelines are followed during store setup and product displays.
- Manage inventory of site materials and supplies, ensuring availability and proper storage.
- Assist in the preparation of site reports, including progress updates, incident reports, and resource utilization.
- Collaborate with the design team to translate design concepts into practical on-site implementation.
- Monitor project timelines and budgets, reporting any deviations to management.
