The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing innovative social media strategies to enhance our brand presence, engage our target audience, and drive business objectives within the oil and gas sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media marketing strategies aligned with company goals and industry trends.
- Manage and grow RIL's social media presence across various platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram).
- Create engaging and relevant content (text, image, video) for social media channels, ensuring brand consistency and tone.
- Monitor social media channels for industry news, competitor activities, and customer sentiment.
- Analyze social media performance metrics and generate regular reports to track ROI and identify areas for improvement.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and queries, and foster a positive online community.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, communications, product) to ensure cohesive messaging.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Plan and execute paid social media campaigns to reach specific audience segments.
