Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the development and implementation of sleep health programs for employees.

Draft and review policy documents related to sleep health and employee well-being.
Provide basic support in addressing employee queries regarding sleep health policies and procedures.
Collaborate with HR and legal departments to ensure legal compliance of all sleep-related initiatives.
