Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in identifying and recruiting emerging sports talent.

- Manage and negotiate athlete contracts, including endorsement deals and appearance fees.

- Develop and implement strategic career plans for athletes.

- Coordinate with marketing and PR teams to enhance athlete brand visibility.

- Maintain strong relationships with athletes, coaches, and sports organizations.

- Utilize analytical skills (honed through B.Pharma) to assess market trends and athlete performance.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant sports regulations and ethical standards.
