Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sports programs and activities suitable for corporate employees.
• Organize and manage inter-departmental and inter-company sports events and tournaments.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for sports equipment and facility maintenance.
• Promote employee participation in sports and fitness activities.
• Maintain records of participation, event outcomes, and budget utilization.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations during all sports activities.
• Collaborate with HR and Administration for employee welfare initiatives related to sports.
• Provide basic coaching and guidance to employees in various sports.
