Hiring: Steward / Waiter / Waitress | Jaipur | 3-4 Yrs

Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Steward / Waiter / Waitress with a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree to join our team in Jaipur. This role is crucial for maintaining excellent service standards within our company's employee cafeteria and guest facilities, ensuring a pleasant and efficient dining experience for our staff and visitors. The ideal candidate will leverage their understanding of financial principles from their B.Com education to manage inventory and handle basic administrative tasks related to food service operations, in addition to their core service duties.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet customers warmly and escort them to their tables.
- Present menus and provide detailed information about menu items, ingredients, and any daily specials.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders from customers.
- Relay orders to the kitchen staff and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
- Serve food and beverages to customers with professionalism and attentiveness.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and respond promptly to any requests or concerns.
- Handle payments and process bills accurately, utilizing basic accounting principles learned from B.Com.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, service stations, and restrooms.
- Assist with inventory management, tracking stock levels of food, beverages, and supplies, and reporting discrepancies.
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and other service personnel to ensure smooth operations.
- Support the B.Com related administrative tasks such as basic record-keeping for sales and expenses.
- Upsell additional products when appropriate.
- Train new staff members on service standards and operational procedures.
