Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and organized Store Keeper / Manager with 3-4 years of experience to oversee inventory management and warehouse operations for our petrochemical and plastics division in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will possess a Master of Laws (LLM) degree, bringing a unique analytical and regulatory perspective to inventory control and compliance. This role is crucial for ensuring the efficient flow of materials, maintaining accurate records, and adhering to industry best practices and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the receiving, warehousing, and distribution of all petrochemical and plastic raw materials and finished goods.

Maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management software and conduct regular stock checks.

Implement and enforce inventory control procedures to minimize discrepancies and prevent loss.

Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations, environmental standards, and legal requirements pertaining to material storage and handling, leveraging LLM knowledge.

Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of materials.

Supervise and train warehouse staff on operational procedures and safety protocols.

Analyze inventory data to identify trends, optimize stock levels, and reduce holding costs.

Develop and implement process improvements for warehouse efficiency and accuracy.
