Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly analytical and intellectually curious Strategy Analyst with a Doctorate/PhD to join our dynamic team in Mangalore. This role will involve contributing to strategic planning, market analysis, and business development initiatives within our food processing division. The ideal candidate will leverage their advanced research and analytical skills to identify growth opportunities, assess market trends, and support data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and threats in the food processing sector.
- Develop financial models and business cases to evaluate new product launches, market entries, and strategic partnerships.
- Support the development and implementation of long-term business strategies and annual operating plans.
- Analyze operational data to identify areas for efficiency improvements and cost optimization.
- Prepare presentations and reports for senior management, clearly communicating findings and strategic recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, marketing, sales, and operations, to gather insights and drive strategic initiatives.
- Monitor industry performance metrics and provide insights into performance drivers and deviations.
