Hiring: Team Lead / Network Manager | Vijayawada | 2-4 Yrs

Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Lead / Network Manager to oversee our IT network infrastructure at our Vijayawada office. This role involves managing network operations, ensuring system security, and leading a small team to support our legal operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background with 2-4 years of experience and a B.Tech/B.E. degree.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of IT support staff, ensuring efficient task allocation and performance.

Manage and maintain the company's network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and servers.

Implement and enforce network security policies and procedures to protect company data.

Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to optimize connectivity and uptime.

Provide technical support to end-users, resolving hardware, software, and network-related problems.

Plan and execute network upgrades and installations as required.

Manage IT assets, including hardware and software inventory.
