Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Telecom - Other specialist. This role will involve supporting various telecom-related operations and projects within our manufacturing and corporate facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in telecommunications principles and a B.Sc degree, with 1-2 years of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of telecommunication systems and equipment.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
- Support the implementation of new telecom technologies and upgrades.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors on telecom projects.
- Document network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards related to telecommunications.
- Provide basic technical support to end-users for telecom-related queries.
- Participate in testing and quality assurance of telecom infrastructure.
