We are seeking a motivated Town / Urban Planner with 2-3 years of experience to join our team in Chennai. This role is ideal for a B.Com graduate looking to apply their analytical and planning skills in a dynamic industry setting. You will be instrumental in contributing to urban development projects and strategic planning initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation and review of urban development plans, zoning regulations, and land-use policies.
Conduct research and data analysis on demographic trends, economic indicators, and infrastructure needs relevant to urban planning.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and finance departments, to align planning strategies with business objectives.
Prepare reports, presentations, and visualizations to communicate planning proposals and findings to stakeholders.
Support in the evaluation of environmental impact assessments and feasibility studies for development projects.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and national planning regulations and guidelines.
