Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain organized records of all TPA activities, including contracts, invoices, and service agreements.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations related to TPA functions.
- Support the procurement process for necessary materials and services, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders to address queries and resolve administrative issues promptly.
- Monitor service level agreements (SLAs) with third-party providers and ensure adherence.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the TPA department.
