This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates with a Bachelor of Arts degree to gain hands-on experience in a professional kitchen environment within a leading real estate corporation. You will work under the guidance of experienced chefs, learning essential culinary techniques and contributing to the smooth operation of our dining facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist senior chefs in food preparation, including chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, and portioning ingredients.
Learn and execute basic cooking techniques such as sautéing, grilling, baking, and roasting.
Maintain strict hygiene and sanitation standards in the kitchen, adhering to all food safety regulations.
Monitor inventory levels and assist with receiving and storing food supplies.
Clean and maintain kitchen equipment and work areas.
Participate in menu planning and recipe development as guided.
Learn to manage kitchen operations during busy periods.
Follow instructions precisely and complete tasks efficiently.
Develop a comprehensive understanding of culinary processes and professional kitchen etiquette.
