The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of transactional processes and a keen eye for detail, with 1-3 years of relevant experience and a B.A. degree.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct due diligence on potential transactions to identify and assess risks (financial, legal, operational, reputational).
- Analyze transaction documents, contracts, and agreements for potential risks and discrepancies.
- Collaborate with legal, finance, and business development teams to develop risk mitigation strategies.
- Monitor and track identified risks and the effectiveness of mitigation plans.
- Prepare comprehensive risk assessment reports for senior management.
- Ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements related to transactions.
- Assist in the development and implementation of transaction risk policies and procedures.
- Stay updated on market trends and regulatory changes impacting real estate transactions.
