Role Summary:
Bata India is seeking a dynamic and analytical Treasury professional with 3-5 years of experience to join our finance team in Pune. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the company's liquidity, optimizing cash flow, and supporting equity trading activities. This role requires a strong understanding of financial markets, risk management, and corporate finance principles, suitable for a candidate with an Any Graduate degree.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and forecast daily cash positions and manage short-term liquidity needs.
- Execute foreign exchange transactions and manage currency exposures to mitigate risk.
- Develop and maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions.
- Assist in the preparation of treasury reports and presentations for senior management.
- Support equity trading operations, including trade execution, settlement, and reconciliation.
- Analyze market trends and provide insights to support investment decisions.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and internal policies.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements within treasury operations.
