This role is ideal for someone with 2-3 years of experience who can translate complex legal concepts into accessible language for our diverse user base.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with UX designers, product managers, and legal experts to understand user needs and product goals.

Write, edit, and proofread user interface text, including microcopy, error messages, tooltips, and in-app notifications.

Develop and maintain a consistent voice and tone across the platform, ensuring it aligns with our brand identity and legal context.

Conduct user research and content testing to gather feedback and iterate on content strategies.

Simplify complex legal terminology into easily understandable language for a non-legal audience.

Contribute to the development of content style guides and best practices.
