We are seeking a passionate and energetic Voice & Accent Trainer to join our dynamic team in Kolkata. This role is ideal for individuals with excellent communication skills and a keen interest in shaping the spoken English proficiency of our trainees. You will play a crucial role in enhancing the communication skills of individuals, preparing them for diverse professional environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging and effective training sessions on voice modulation, accent neutralization, pronunciation, and intonation.
Develop and customize training materials to suit the specific needs of the trainees and the program objectives.
Conduct regular assessments and provide constructive feedback to trainees to track their progress.
Identify individual learning needs and provide one-on-one coaching and support.
Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in voice and accent training.
Maintain training records and prepare progress reports.
