Role Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Wireless Network Engineer with a B.Sc degree and 0-2 years of experience to join our IT team in Bhubaneshwar. This role is crucial for maintaining and enhancing our wireless network infrastructure, ensuring reliable connectivity across our corporate operations. You will work closely with senior engineers to support, troubleshoot, and implement wireless network solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of wireless access points, controllers, and related network hardware.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues for Wi-Fi and other wireless systems.
- Support the implementation of new wireless network features and upgrades.
- Learn and apply network security best practices to protect our wireless environment.
- Document network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
- Collaborate with the IT team to resolve user-reported network issues.
- Participate in network capacity planning and performance tuning.
- Gain hands-on experience with various wireless technologies and vendor equipment.
