Role Summary: We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable History Teacher to join our educational initiative, aimed at enriching the cultural understanding of our diverse workforce within our Indian operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering engaging history curriculum that covers global and Indian historical contexts, fostering critical thinking and analytical skills among employees.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans on various historical periods, events, and figures, with a focus on both global and Indian history.
Deliver engaging and interactive lectures, discussions, and presentations to adult learners.
Assess student progress through assignments, quizzes, and projects, providing constructive feedback.
Encourage critical thinking, research skills, and a nuanced understanding of historical causality and interpretation.
Curate and utilize a variety of teaching resources, including primary and secondary sources, digital archives, and multimedia tools.
Stay updated on current historical scholarship and pedagogical best practices.
Foster an inclusive and respectful learning environment.
