Role Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Histotechnologist with 1-2 years of experience to join our team in Pune. This role involves preparing and processing tissue samples for examination and analysis within the consumer electronics and appliances sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of histological techniques and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy. Post-graduation is not a requirement for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform tissue processing, embedding, sectioning, and staining of biological samples using various histological techniques.
Prepare slides for microscopic examination, ensuring proper orientation and quality of sections.
Maintain and troubleshoot laboratory equipment, ensuring optimal performance.
Adhere to all laboratory safety protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Assist in quality control procedures and documentation.
Manage inventory of reagents and supplies, ensuring availability for daily operations.
Collaborate with the research and development team on new techniques and projects.
