We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Home Science Teacher with 1-2 years of experience to join our team in Chandigarh. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about imparting practical life skills, with a qualification that does not mandate post-graduation. The teacher will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging lessons that cover various aspects of home science, fostering a supportive and interactive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver lesson plans for Home Science, covering topics such as nutrition, food preparation, basic hygiene, child care, and household management.
Create engaging and practical learning experiences, including demonstrations, hands-on activities, and group projects.
Assess student progress through observation, assignments, and practical evaluations.
Maintain a safe and organized classroom environment, ensuring proper use of equipment and materials.
Provide constructive feedback to students and parents/guardians regarding academic performance and development.
Stay updated on best practices in home science education and curriculum development.
