Homeopathy Physician role in BPO / Call Centre

We are seeking a dedicated Homeopathy Physician with 3-5 years of experience and an LLM degree to join our growing team in Mangalore. In this role, you will provide expert homeopathic consultations and support to our BPO/Call Centre employees, focusing on their well-being and productivity. You will leverage your deep understanding of homeopathic principles and your legal acumen to ensure compliance and best practices in employee healthcare.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct homeopathic consultations for employees, diagnosing conditions and prescribing appropriate treatments.
- Develop and implement wellness programs tailored to the needs of BPO/Call Centre professionals.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
- Advise on health-related matters, including stress management and preventive care.
- Collaborate with HR and management to address employee health concerns and promote a healthy work environment.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in homeopathy and relevant legal frameworks.
- Ensure all medical advice and practices adhere to Indian homeopathic laws and ethical standards.
