Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Hospital Administration Manager with a B.Tech/B.E. background and 2-5 years of experience to oversee and optimize the operational efficiency of our hospital facilities. This role is crucial for ensuring seamless healthcare delivery, managing resources effectively, and maintaining high standards of patient care within our pharmaceutical and life sciences-focused organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to enhance hospital operations.
- Manage departmental budgets, resource allocation, and procurement processes for medical supplies and equipment.
- Oversee facility management, including maintenance, safety, and compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Coordinate with medical staff, other departments, and external stakeholders to ensure efficient patient flow and service delivery.
- Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven solutions.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare laws, regulations, and quality standards.
- Manage vendor relationships and contract negotiations.
- Contribute to strategic planning for hospital development and service expansion.
