Host / Hostess Job Opportunity - FMCG (1-2 Yrs)

We are seeking a dynamic and welcoming Host / Hostess to join our team at Parle Agro. This role is crucial for creating a positive and engaging experience for visitors, clients, and employees. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in a similar customer-facing role and will not require a post-graduation degree.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.

Manage visitor logs and ensure all visitors are properly registered.

Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department.

Answer phone calls, screen and direct them appropriately.

Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.

Provide basic information about the company and its services.

Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.

Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
