Host / Hostess - NGO / Social Services / Industry Associations (3-5 Yrs Exp)

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Host / Hostess to join our team at The Akshaya Patra Foundation in Ahmedabad. This role is crucial in managing the smooth functioning of our office and event-related activities, ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment. The ideal candidate will have a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree and 3-5 years of relevant experience, bringing strong organizational and technical skills to support our mission.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and greet visitors, donors, and stakeholders, providing a positive first impression.

Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy, organized, and well-equipped.

Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events, including venue setup and catering arrangements.

Assist with administrative tasks such as managing correspondence, filing, and data entry.

Utilize technical skills acquired through an MCA degree to manage office databases, generate reports, and troubleshoot basic IT issues.

Liaise with internal departments and external vendors to ensure smooth event execution.

Maintain inventory of office supplies and refreshments.

Provide general support to the team as needed.
