Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Hotel / General Manager with 0-1 years of experience and a BCA degree to oversee the operational and administrative aspects of our corporate guest facilities in Surat. This role is ideal for an entry-level professional looking to gain hands-on experience in hospitality management within a corporate setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the day-to-day operations of the hotel/guest facility, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction.

Manage room bookings, check-ins, and check-outs using property management systems.

Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B departments to ensure smooth operations.

Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.

Maintain inventory of supplies and assist in procurement processes.

Assist in developing and implementing operational policies and procedures.

Utilize IT skills gained from BCA to manage and optimize operational software and systems.

Generate reports on occupancy, revenue, and guest feedback.
