Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Hotel / General Manager to oversee the operations and management of our corporate guest facilities and hospitality services. The ideal candidate will ensure the highest standards of service, operational efficiency, and guest satisfaction, contributing to the overall well-being and productivity of our employees and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance, and security.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance guest experience and service quality.
- Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and cost control measures to ensure profitability and efficiency.
- Lead and motivate a team of hospitality professionals, fostering a positive work environment and ensuring high performance.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Manage vendor relationships and procurement of supplies and services.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with other departments within the company to align hospitality services with corporate objectives.
