The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor of Science degree and demonstrate strong leadership and operational management skills. This role is crucial for ensuring exceptional guest experiences and maximizing profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the hotel, including front desk, housekeeping, F&B, and maintenance.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve revenue and profitability goals.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of hotel staff.
- Oversee budgeting, financial performance, and cost control measures.
- Maintain compliance with all local regulations and company policies.
