Hotel / General Manager - Healthcare & Life Sciences (1-3 Yrs Exp)

Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and organized Hotel / General Manager with 1-3 years of experience to oversee the day-to-day operations of our healthcare facility in Surat. The ideal candidate will have a B.Sc degree and a passion for ensuring a seamless and comfortable environment for patients and staff. This role requires a blend of operational management, guest services, and basic administrative skills within a healthcare context.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operations of the facility, ensuring smooth functioning of all departments.
- Oversee guest services, including check-in/check-out, room assignments, and addressing patient needs and concerns.
- Coordinate with various departments (e.g., nursing, administration, facilities) to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Implement and maintain operational standards, policies, and procedures.
- Manage inventory of supplies and ensure timely procurement.
