Role Summary: The Housekeeping Associate is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of hotel rooms and public areas to ensure a comfortable and pleasant environment for guests. This role is crucial in upholding the high standards of hygiene and presentation expected by our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and service guest rooms according to established standards, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms.
- Replenish guest amenities and supplies in rooms.
- Clean and maintain cleanliness of public areas such as lobbies, corridors, and restrooms.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor promptly.
- Handle guest requests and inquiries related to housekeeping services.
- Ensure proper use and care of cleaning equipment and supplies.
- Adhere to all hotel policies and safety regulations.
