Role Summary:

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in housekeeping operations, with a unique understanding of pharmaceutical-grade cleanliness and compliance, leveraging their B.Pharma background. You will be responsible for overseeing daily housekeeping activities, managing a team, ensuring adherence to strict hygiene protocols, and maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive housekeeping schedules and procedures, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards, particularly those relevant to sensitive environments.
- Supervise and train housekeeping staff, assigning tasks and monitoring performance to ensure efficiency and quality of work.
- Conduct regular inspections of all areas to identify and address any cleanliness or maintenance issues promptly.
- Manage the inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment, and chemicals, ensuring adequate stock levels and proper storage.
