Job Description

Role Summary:
We are seeking a meticulous and organized individual with a Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharma) degree to join our team as a Housekeeping Supervisor in Surat. This role is crucial for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety across our facilities. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in housekeeping operations, with a unique understanding of pharmaceutical-grade cleanliness and compliance, leveraging their B.Pharma background. You will be responsible for overseeing daily housekeeping activities, managing a team, ensuring adherence to strict hygiene protocols, and maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive housekeeping schedules and procedures, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards, particularly those relevant to sensitive environments.
- Supervise and train housekeeping staff, assigning tasks and monitoring performance to ensure efficiency and quality of work.
- Conduct regular inspections of all areas to identify and address any cleanliness or maintenance issues promptly.
- Manage the inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment, and chemicals, ensuring adequate stock levels and proper storage.
- Implement and enforce strict hygiene protocols, paying close attention to detail required for areas where pharmaceutical knowledge is beneficial.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and address specific cleaning needs.
- Maintain records of cleaning activities, staff attendance, and supply usage.
- Ensure all waste disposal procedures are followed correctly and in an environmentally responsible manner.
- Respond to emergencies and urgent cleaning requests efficiently.
- Utilize knowledge gained from B.Pharma education to understand and implement best practices for sanitation and disinfection.
