Housekeeping Executive / Attendant - 2-3 Yrs - Beverage Sector

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Housekeeping Executive / Attendant with 2-3 years of experience and a B.Com degree to join our team in Mangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, hygiene, and overall appearance of our facilities, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for our employees and visitors. This role is crucial in supporting the operational efficiency of our beverage manufacturing and administrative units.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedules for all areas including offices, production floors, restrooms, common areas, and staff facilities.
- Supervise and train housekeeping staff, ensuring adherence to standards and efficient task allocation.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, chemicals, and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels and proper storage.
- Conduct regular inspections of all areas to identify and address any maintenance or hygiene issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations relevant to the beverage industry.
- Maintain records of cleaning activities, supply usage, and staff performance.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure minimal disruption to operations during cleaning activities.
- Handle guest/employee requests and feedback regarding housekeeping services efficiently.
