Role Summary: We are seeking a meticulous and organized Housekeeping Executive / Attendant with 3-5 years of experience and an LLB degree to join our esteemed hospital in Hyderabad. This role is crucial in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene within our medical facilities, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for patients, staff, and visitors. The ideal candidate will leverage their analytical skills from their legal background to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and manage housekeeping operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive housekeeping schedules and procedures to meet hospital standards.
Supervise and train housekeeping staff, ensuring adherence to protocols and quality service delivery.
Conduct regular inspections of all areas, identifying and rectifying any deficiencies in cleanliness or maintenance.
Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment, and linens, ensuring adequate stock levels and cost-effective procurement.
Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and infection control regulations, utilizing analytical skills to interpret and apply legal requirements.
Respond promptly to housekeeping-related issues and emergencies.
Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities, staff performance, and inventory.
Collaborate with other hospital departments to ensure seamless operations.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of housekeeping services.
