Housekeeping & Laundry Associate

Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Housekeeping & Laundry Associate to join our team at one of our premium sports and leisure facilities in India. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the premises, ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment for our members and guests. This role is crucial in upholding the reputation of our brand and providing an exceptional experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily cleaning duties in all areas of the facility, including guest rooms, common areas, restrooms, locker rooms, and staff areas.
- Clean and sanitize surfaces, floors, windows, and fixtures using approved cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Replenish supplies such as toiletries, towels, linens, and cleaning materials.
- Collect, sort, and launder soiled linens and uniforms according to established procedures.
- Operate laundry equipment, including washing machines, dryers, and ironing machines, ensuring proper maintenance and safety.
- Inspect cleaned areas and laundry for quality and completeness, reporting any deficiencies.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and concerns regarding housekeeping and laundry services.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations and company policies.
- Assist with inventory management of cleaning supplies and laundry items.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
