Job Description
Role Summary: The Housekeeping & Laundry Associate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of guest rooms, public areas, and laundry operations to ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay for our guests. This role is crucial in upholding the high standards of The Park Hotels.
Key Responsibilities:
Clean and tidy guest rooms, ensuring all amenities are replenished and in place.
Maintain the cleanliness of corridors, lobbies, and other public areas.
Handle and process laundry, including washing, drying, ironing, and folding of linens and guest garments.
Operate laundry equipment safely and efficiently.
Report any maintenance issues or damages to the Housekeeping Supervisor.
Adhere to hotel policies and safety regulations.
Assist with inventory management of cleaning supplies and linens.
