Housekeeping & Laundry Attendant

Role Summary: The Housekeeping & Laundry Attendant will be responsible for maintaining a clean, hygienic, and orderly environment within the company's facilities, including office spaces, common areas, and any associated residential or guest accommodations. This role is crucial for ensuring a safe and pleasant working environment for all employees and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily cleaning duties in assigned areas, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and break rooms, ensuring adequate supplies of soap, toilet paper, and paper towels.
• Collect and dispose of trash and recycling from all areas.
• Manage laundry services, including washing, drying, folding, and ironing of linens, uniforms, and other company-provided textiles.
• Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are properly maintained, stored, and replenished.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.
• Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines, including the proper use of cleaning chemicals.
• Assist with special cleaning projects as needed.
