Housekeeping & Laundry - Other - Design (2-3 Yrs Exp)

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping & Laundry professional to join our Design Operations team in Vishakhapatnam. This role is crucial for maintaining a pristine and efficient working environment that supports our creative and technical teams. The ideal candidate will have a B.Tech/B.E. degree and 2-3 years of experience in facilities management or a related field, with a focus on housekeeping and laundry services within a corporate setting. You will be responsible for implementing and overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance with hygiene standards, and managing resources effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage daily housekeeping and laundry operations to ensure a clean, orderly, and safe environment for all employees and visitors.

- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures, ensuring adherence to hygiene and safety regulations.

- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, laundry detergents, and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels and timely procurement.

- Coordinate with external vendors for specialized cleaning or laundry services when required.

- Train and supervise housekeeping and laundry staff, providing guidance and performance feedback.

- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and address any maintenance or cleanliness issues.

- Manage the laundry operations for company uniforms, linens, and other textile items, ensuring quality and efficiency.

- Maintain records related to cleaning schedules, supply usage, and staff performance.

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of housekeeping and laundry processes.
