Role Summary: We are seeking a diligent and organized Housekeeping & Laundry professional with 2-4 years of experience to manage and maintain the cleanliness and hygiene standards of our facilities. This role is crucial for ensuring a comfortable and productive work environment for our team in the Animation & VFX industry. The ideal candidate will possess a B.Tech/B.E. degree, demonstrating a capacity for systematic problem-solving and process improvement within this specialized role.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and execute daily cleaning routines for office spaces, studios, and common areas.

Manage laundry services for uniforms, linens, and other company-provided fabrics, ensuring timely cleaning and proper storage.

Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and laundry detergents, and requisition new stock as needed.

Ensure proper disposal of waste and adherence to sanitation regulations.

Implement and monitor hygiene protocols, especially in high-traffic areas.

Coordinate with external vendors for specialized cleaning or maintenance services when required.

Identify opportunities for process improvement in housekeeping and laundry operations, leveraging analytical skills from B.Tech/B.E. background.

Maintain a systematic record of cleaning schedules, supplies, and laundry logs.
